Low impact
Less sting, same game
Low impact paintball uses lower-powered markers and smaller paintballs, so hits sting much less — ideal for younger children. The games are the same: capture the flag, attack and defend, elimination.
Many fields run low impact paintball for children from around 8 and standard paintball from around 11 or 12, but each field sets its own ages — always check the package.

What kids should wear
- Old clothes that can get muddy — paint washes out, mud sometimes doesn't.
- Long sleeves, trousers and a hoodie or extra layer.
- Trainers or boots with good grip.
- Gloves if they have them, and a hat under the mask on cold days.
- A signed consent form if the field asks for one.
