Pick the right package, invite the right number of guests and know what the field takes care of — a step-by-step plan for parents.

Choose the right package

Kids parties (usually ages 8–12) use low-impact markers and shorter games. Teenagers and adults can move to standard packages. Check the age range and group size on each party before you book.

Book early for weekends

Saturday and Sunday slots go first. On TACPLAY you only see dates when the zone, marshals and equipment are all free, so if a date is listed, it's genuinely available.

What the field handles

Once you confirm, the field prepares everything for your group:

  • A reserved playing zone
  • Marshals for the whole party
  • Markers, masks and overalls
  • A party area for cake and drinks (on most packages)

On the day

Arrive 20 minutes early for sign-in and the safety briefing. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian signature — the field will tell you how they handle this.
