TACPLAY is a paintball platform: players find fields, book sessions and parties, join communities and earn ranking points; field owners manage bookings, check-ins and marketing.

You can browse fields and book parties on the website. Joining player sessions, chats, rankings and the Marketplace happens in the TACPLAY app for iOS and Android.

Yes, creating a player account is free. You pay for the sessions and parties you book. TACPLAY Premium unlocks extras such as earning Ranked Points and selling on the Marketplace.

Find a field, pick an upcoming session and join it in the app. You'll get a QR ticket that staff scan when you arrive.

Social sessions are casual open play. Ranked sessions are verified matches: Premium players earn Ranked Points (+50 for a win, +20 for a draw, +10 for a loss) once the result is confirmed.

Yes. Share the session in a group chat so everyone books their own spot, or book together as a team.

Go to Book a Party, choose your location and a party package, pick a free date and time, then confirm with your account details.

A party reserves a zone, marshals and equipment at the field. Dates are only offered when everything is free and the field's notice period is respected.

Fields must give a reason for every cancellation. You'll see it in My bookings, and the field will contact you about a new date or refund.

Payment options are shown before you confirm a booking. Some fields ask for full payment, others a deposit.

Each field sets its own cancellation rules, shown on the booking. Contact the field from your booking if you need to change or cancel.

Only players. You can chat one-to-one with any player or create a group for your squad, city or play style. Field owners can't create communities.

Verified TACPLAY Premium players selling equipment they own, for €5 per advert. Field owners, shops and businesses can't list products on the Marketplace.

Use Report on the message, profile or listing. Reports are kept confidential where possible, and TACPLAY can remove content or restrict accounts that break the Community Guidelines.

Create a field owner account, add your arena details, opening hours and packages, and publish. Players can then find and book you.

Bronze covers bookings and check-in. Silver adds marketing tools and staff scanner access; Gold adds full analytics and branding. See the pricing page for details.

No — the Marketplace and communities are for players only. Fields reach players through the sessions, events and parties they publish.
