What is a community?

Your people, in one place.

Paintball is a team sport, but finding a team is the hard part. A TACPLAY community is a personal space that you, a player, create and run yourself — for your city, your squad or your favourite way to play — with everything you need to get people on the field together.

Is creating a community free?

Yes. Any TACPLAY player can create and join communities in the app at no cost.

Can I make a private community?

Yes. Communities can be public (anyone can find and join), private (members must be approved) or invite-only (hidden from search).

Can my whole group book the same session?

Yes. Share a session in your community and members book their own spot — or one organiser books for the group.

Can I message a player directly?

Yes. You can chat one-to-one with any player, or add people to a group when you want to plan something together.

Can field owners create communities?

No. Communities are personal spaces for players — only players can create them. Fields reach players through the sessions and events they publish for booking.

Who can see what I post?

Only members of that community. Public communities show their name and description in search, but messages stay inside the group.
