01Our standard
TACPLAY prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, anywhere on the platform — including profiles, photos, chats, community groups and marketplace listings.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing, requesting or linking to sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Grooming: building a relationship with a child to manipulate, exploit or abuse them.
- Sexualised comments about, or sexual contact with, a child.
- Sextortion or threatening a child.
- Arranging to meet a child for sexual purposes.
02What we do
- Remove violating content as soon as we become aware of it.
- Permanently close the accounts involved.
- Report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement, as required by law.
- Preserve information where the law requires it, to support investigations.
TACPLAY is for players aged 13 and over. See Age Suitability for how we approach younger players.
03How to report a concern
- In the app: open the chat and report the message or the whole chat, or use Report on a marketplace listing.
- By email: [email protected] — our designated contact for child safety. Include what happened, where in the app, and usernames if you have them.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police straight away: 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, 911 in the US.
In the UK you can also report to CEOP (ceop.police.uk), and report online child sexual abuse images to the Internet Watch Foundation (iwf.org.uk). In the US, report to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
04Compliance
TACPLAY complies with child safety laws in the countries where it operates and cooperates with law enforcement.
