Age Suitability

TACPLAY is for players aged 13 and over. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

If you are under 18, please use TACPLAY with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian, especially before paying for bookings, subscriptions or marketplace items.

Each paintball field sets its own minimum age and safety rules for play. Many fields require younger players to have a parent or guardian's consent, and some require an adult to be present on the day.

Before booking for a young player, check the field's details and contact the field if you are unsure. Fields can refuse entry to players who don't meet their age or safety requirements.

TACPLAY includes features where people interact with each other and share content:

• Player profiles, usernames and photos
• Team, session, field and community group chats
• Public community groups that players can discover and join
• Marketplace listings for second-hand paintball equipment
• Rankings and leaderboards

All of these are covered by our Community Guidelines and Marketplace Rules. Paintball markers and some equipment may be subject to age restrictions where you live — buyers and sellers must follow local laws.

• Report a single message, or a whole chat or group, from inside the chat.
• Block someone in direct messages so they can no longer message you.
• Report a marketplace listing.
• Contact our support team from the app (Profile → Help & feedback) or at [email protected].

Reports are reviewed by the TACPLAY team. Content that breaks our rules is removed and accounts can be restricted or closed.

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, or you want your child's account removed, email [email protected]. We will delete the account and its personal data (see Delete your account).
